Tatiana joined the Linnikov & Partners team in 2016 as an expert in problem asset management, bankruptcy and debt recovery litigation. Deep professional expertise, extensive experience, personal energy and stamina contributed to her immediate involvement into some of the most significant projects of the firm, as well as to her integration into the defense team on complex criminal cases.
Tatiana Tsepkina transferred to the Moscow law firm of Alexander Linnikov from the Chamber of Advocates of the Chel-yabinsk Region. Graduate of the law department of the Urals Academy of Civil Service (Ekaterinburg), Tatiana made her first steps in the legal profession as an in-house counsel for the Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works during the challenging period of re-shaping of the structure and business practices of the MISW group. In the Chelyabinsk Region Tatiana acquired invaluable experience in several fields of legal practice and adopted a disciplined and consistent professional attitude that allows her to find rights way out of the most complicated situations connected with the high level of stress.
As an attorney, Tatiana perfectly understands the negative sides of litigation and, therefore, pays great attention to negotiation tactics and methods of peaceful out-of-court resolution of disputes between her clients and their debtors. In 2014 she attended a specialized mediation course at the Saint-Petersburg State University to improve special communication skills. Tatiana is a certified mediator — a professional intermediary for the resolution of personal in business disputes.
