SUCCESSES OF THE PRACTICE OF PROTECTION OF EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS OF «LINNIKOV & PARTNERS»

On 12.09.2019, a team led by Alexander Linnikov, composed of Madina Ruzmetova and Dmitry Smola, won a difficult and non-standard dispute of recovering fee for alienated patent right in the amount of more than 140 million rubles at the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal. The lawyers of Linnikov & Partners represented interests of the former owner of exclusive right to invention and joined the case at the appeal stage of the decision, according to which the plaintiff`s claim for the recovery of fees for intellectual property previously sold by him was denied. During the appeal, the lawyers were able to challenge the decision of the court of first instance and achieve the adoption of a new judicial act, that satisfied in full the stated claim.
