STRATEGIC SESSION OF THE MOSCOW BUSINESS OMBUDSMAN

28/11/2024, Alexander Linnikov and Tatiana Tsepkina attended the events of the second day of the IV Forum of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in Moscow.

 

The Strategic Session of the Commissioner was attended by the leaders of the ecosystem of the Moscow Business Ombudsman and leading entrepreneurs of the capital. Opening the session, Tatyana Mineeva summed up the results of the outgoing 2024 business year and suggested discussing a new format for the work of public institutions and plans for 2025. The Moscow Business Ombudsman noted the importance of preserving the accumulated results as the basis for the development of the Moscow business ecosystem.

 

Within the framework of the strategic session, priorities were identified and vectors for the development of the ecosystem of the Moscow business Ombudsman were set.

 

“I am sure that the search for new forms of work, improving the organizational structure of the ecosystem of the Commissioner will make it possible to more effectively use the legal status of the business ombudsman when considering complaints from entrepreneurs about violations of their rights, which in turn will lead to a weakening of excessive administrative pressure on business and help counter the vicious practice of illegal criminal prosecution of entrepreneurs,” says Alexander Linnikov, founder of L&P and head of the Public Reception for the Protection of the Rights of Foreign Entrepreneurs and Investors.
