On 13.07.2018 head of the recovery and bankruptcy practice of Linnikov and Partners Dmitriy Smola attended the session of the working group of the Council of the Federation for the development of legislative proposals for the improvement of status of the court bailiffs. The meeting was attended by the members and staff of the upper house of the Russian parliament, representatives of the Federal Court Bailiffs Service, Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Finance of Russia, prominent academics, and practicing lawyers. The current session of the working group was dedicated to the detailed discussion of the revised draft of the Federal Law On Court Bailiffs and Regulation on the State Service on the Positions of Court Bailiffs.
