SESSION OF THE WORKING GROUP OF THE COUNCIL OF THE FEDERATION

On 21.06.2018 Alexander Linnikov took part in the session  of the working group for the development of legislative proposals for the improvement of status of court bailiffs and forced execution or judicial acts and acts of their authorities and state officials. The meeting hosted by the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation was attended by the senators and members of staff of the upper house of Russia’s parliament, representatives of the Federal Service of Court Bailiffs, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Finance of Russia, leading academics and practicing members of the legal community. Alexander Linnikov shared a position based on the extensive experience of L&P attorneys of handing enforcements of judicial acts and criminal cases that fall into the jurisdiction of the FSCB investigators.
