On 10.04.2018 Alexander Linnikov took part in the extended session of the Council of the Federation Committee for Constitutional Legislation dedicated to problems and perspectives of improvement of the status of the court bailiffs.  The event was attended by representatives of both chambers of the Russian parliament, Chamber of Auditors, Ministry of Finance, Office of the Prosecutor General, top officials of the Federal Court Bailiffs Service, and prominent members of the academic and expert community.
The founder of Linnikov & Partners dedicates substantial time and attention to the work in the advisory and expert councils of the Federal Assembly – the Russian Parliament.  As an expert of the Council of the Federation and practicing attorney, Mr. Linnikov actively advocates the reinforcement and development of the Russian system of mandatory enforcement of judicial acts.
