On 19.12.2018 Alexander Linnikov took part in the joint session of the Council for Cooperation with Civil Society Institutions under the Chairperson of Council of the Federation and the Provisional Council of the Federation Commission for the Improvement of the Legal Discipline in the Sphere of State Supervision and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation, which took place at the Civic Chamber of Russia. The session was attended by the members of the Russian Senate, officials of the federal and regional executive authorities, and members of the Civic Chamber of Russia.
