On 20.03.2019 Alexander Linnikov spoke at the round table of the Council of the Federation Committee on Constitutional Legislation  Protection of Attorneys’ Rights as an Instrument of Assuring Justice. The founder of  Linnikov & Partners  drew particular attention of the parliamentarians, leading members of the legal community, and representatives of state authorities to the key problems of the Russian justice system — fundamental inequality of the parties and factual non-existence of competitiveness, as well as an extreme formalization of criminal proceedings.
