On 24/10/2017 Alexander Linnikov spoke at the round table Development of the Institute of Advocacy and Protection of Rights of Citizens in the Context of Eurasian Integration hosted by the Constitutional Legislation Committee of the Council of the Federation.  The founder of Linnikov & Partners shared his view of the legal profession in connection with the growing influence of the Eurasian Economic Union on the international arena.  Alexander Linnikov also made several acute critical remarks and drew attention of the colleagues to several core problems, the solution of which is a necessary precondition for the advancement of harmonization of the rules of conduct and ethics of the legal profession in the Eurasian Economic Union and beyond.
