On 24.04.2018 attorney Anton Minakov took part in the session of the discussion club of the Institute of Urban Economy dedicated  the topic Accessible Housing: Russian and International Practice. Guests of the round table spoke about the current trends and perspectives of development of the Russian residential housing market. Anton Minakov and Director of the National Association of Rental Housing Market Participants Dmitry Budakov took an active part in the discussion.
A significant part of the L&P practice is dedicated to the legal aspects of the real estate market and construction. Alexander Linnikov since 2016 served on the Executive Board of the National Association of Rental Housing Market Participants that brings together some of the most influential construction and development companies of Russia.
