On December 18, 2013 LEAD Consulting partner Alexander Linnikov took part in the round table discussion on improvement of contemporary mechanisms of the forensic experts’ activity in Russia. The round table was organized by the Council of the Federation Committee on Constitutional Legislation, Legal and Judicial Affairs and Civil Society Development.
Participants of the round table reviewed crucial issues of forensic experts’ activity in Russia at the present time and discussed proposed amendments to the draft of the Federal law “On forensic experts’ activity in the Russian Federation”.
