On 14.10.2021, the international scientific edition “Radiation” published the article “Legal and organizational foundations of the use of artificial intelligence in medicine in the EU, USA, China and Russia: new scenarios after the pandemic”, prepared by the team of authors from Russia, Italy, China and the USA. Alexander Linnikov, the founder of L&P and associate professor of the Financial University, joined forces with leading foreign legal practitioners and experts in the field of healthcare and information technology for a comprehensive interdisciplinary analysis of new problems and challenges of theoretical and applied nature facing the scientific community in connection with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies.
