On 21.11.2018 Alexander Linnikov attended parliamentary hearings 25 Years of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Issues of safeguarding guarantees of rights and liberties of the person and citizen, dedicated to the anniversary of the ground law of Russia adopted by the popular vote in December, 1993. The founder of  Linnikov & Partners took an active part in the discussion of problems of protection of one of the crucial constitutional rights of person and citizen — the right to defense and legal assistance.
