On 05.04.2018 the new article by Alexander Linnikov and Sergei Sadovoy was published in the newest issue of the international edition Global Legal Insights: Banking Regulation – 2018, dedicated to the novellas in the legal discipline of the banking business in Europe. The piece by attorneys Linnikov and Sadovoy contains the analysis of major changes in the banking legislation and explains the main trends of development of the Russian banking sector in 2017. Thanks to the remarkable achievements of the L&P banking practice in the past several years, the leaders of our firm were invited by the publishing house to contribute the chapter on Russia that covers the period in which the most substantial changes in the Russian system of banking supervision and licensing in over two decades took place.
