NEW ACHIEVEMENT OF THE L&P BANKING PRACTICE

On 26/01/2018 the Bank of Russia announced that in course of the extension of business of SPETSSTROYBANK LLC, the bank was granted the Universal License to carry out banking operations in Rubles and foreign currency (with the right to attract deposits from the public) and handle precious metals. SPETSSTRIYBANK’s new license is the very first Universal License of the Bank of Russia issued under the new rules of admittance of credit institutions to the financial market that have come into force from 1 January 2018. The request for the golden license of the Bank of Russia and the business-plan of the bank for working with precious metals were drafted under expert guidance and with legal assistance of the professionals of the L&P banking practice.
