MEETING CON PROFESSOR JOSE LUIS IRIARTE

26.09.2019 Alexander Linnikov and Anton Minakov held a meeting with renowned international sanctions specialist, professor at the Public University of Navarre and legal counsel of Spanish law firm Lupicinio, Jose Luis Iriarte. Colleagues shared their experience in the application and enforcement of sanctions legislation in Europe and the United States in relation to Russian companies and businessmen, and also discussed a number of joint potential projects of representation of the interests of Russian principals in the courts of Spain and other European countries.
