Madina is a universal professional with extensive experience of working as legal counsel for private corporations and state authorities. Her profound expertise in various areas of the law, determination and responsibility allow to confidently approach any professional challenge.
Madina started her career while still a student at the Russian Law Academy under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. She graduated magna cum laude in 2008. Upon graduation Madina continued to work as an in-house lawyer for private corporations and acquired substantial experience of contractual work, resolution of administrative disputes, litigation and commercial arbitration.
From 2011 to 2013 Madina served as an aid to the Senator — member of the Committee for Constitutional Legislation of the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of Russian Federation. While working at the Council of the Federation Madina participated in the drafting of several noticeable legislative initiatives and development of decisions of state importance. After the senator’s resignation Madina for a brief period worked for a Moscow law firms for a brief period. In 2013 she was invited to join the law form of Alexander Linnikov.
Madina’s professional focus is on civil and corporate law. Madina Ruzmetova is one of the leaders of the L&P family, probate and social security practice. She also provides legal assistance to the firm’s foreign clients operating in Russia and acts as a corporate secretary for several international join ventures.
In 2015 Madina successfully passed the bar exam and qualified as an attorney-at-law. The Council of Linnikov & Partners unanimously voted in favor of her admission to the association.
