
26/03/2025, Alexander Linnikov successfully completed the second season of the author’s course “Legal Architecture of International Financial Compliance” for graduate students of the Law Faculty of the Higher School of Economics University. The purpose of the course is to familiarize young lawyers with the latest trends in the development of compliance and corporate governance in modern companies, the specifics of the functioning of internal control services of financial organizations and activities to combat money laundering, as well as the most relevant and complex phenomenon in the practice of financial organizations — “sanctioned” compliance.
The course was developed by the L&P team with the active participation of outstanding specialists from the field of banking, finance and international trade — Sergey Meshalkin, Head of the Internal Control Service of AK Bars Bank PJSC, Candidate of Economics, and Director of the European Institute of Export Compliance (Brussels) Carlo Giacoma.
The audience of the second “edition” of the course “Legal Architecture of International Financial Compliance” in English was 24 people, including international students from 10 countries.
