LEAD Consulting attorney Leonid Karpov awarded a doctorship in legal science.
On November 6, 2013 at the Moscow State University of Law by the name of Oleg Kutafin Leonid Karpov was awarded a doctor’s degree in international and European law for his thesis «Influence of International Inter-government and Non-government organizations on the legal discipline of the business of credit institution in the European Union».

The thesis was developed under the scientific guidance of the distinguished scholar, chairman of the EU Law Department of the Moscow State University of Law Professor Dr. Sergey Kashkin and with significant assistance from Dr. Artem Chetverikov. At the present time Leonid’s thesis is one of the most complete, up-to-date, and scientifically and practically significant studies of the EU banking and financial law in Russia.
