IV INTERNATIONAL INTERDISCIPLINARY CONGRESS ON PRIVATE INTERNATIONAL LAW

15/04/2025, the IV International Interdisciplinary Congress on Private International Law (Congress) was held at the Kutafin Moscow State Law University, which is a recognized discussion platform for discussing problems of cross-border private law relations. The Congress was attended by L&P founder Alexander Linnikov and lawyer Leonid Karpov.

 

Alexander Linnikov made a presentation at the plenary session “Law and International Business” on the topic: “Regulation and practice of M&A with a foreign element in modern conditions“.

 

The Congress addressed topical issues of private international law, including in the field of international commercial relations: cross-border transportation, foreign investment, international intellectual property protection, cross-border use of information technology, personal data protection, international settlements, conclusion, execution and termination of international contracts, relations related to the influence of ESG factors on cross-border private law relations, international inheritance and family relations, resolution of cross-border disputes and others.
