On August 23, 2014 the LEAD Consulting team took part in the historic cars’ rally “Autostrada-2014″ in Kaluga. The 1965 GAZ-21 Volga took off the start piloted by the LEAD Consulting partner Alexander Linnikov and navigated by Sergei and Diana Linnikov. Starting number 13 turned out to be more than lucky – the family crew of the LEAD Consulting founding partner won the team competition as a part of the Gorkyclassic racing team and was awarded the special Family Relic prize.

Over 30 historic cars covered the distance of 147 kilometers over the city of Kaluga, the picturesque countryside of the Kaluga Region, and the impressive industrial parks of the Kaluga automotive cluster. The rally lasted for over 5 hours. Wonderful weather greatly contributed to the success of the event. None of the race teams (aboard classic cars raging in the years of their making from 1941 to 1985) left the distance.
