Civic Chamber Direct Line with Diana Gurtskaya and Alexander Linnikov

On June 25, 2014 Diana Gurtskaya and Alexander Linnikov hosted the regular Direct Line in the studio of the Civic Chamber of Russia. The Direct Line was dedicated to the issues of improvement of accessibility of social services and urban infrastructure to the disabled. Pavel Sychov – member of the Civic Chamber, leader of the federal project Agents, and active participants of monitoring of accessibility of social infrastructure to the disabled – was invited to join the hosts in the studio.

The Direct Line was traditionally broadcasted on the Internet. The hosts and their guest discussed practical aspects of improvement of accessibility of urban social infrastructure to the disabled with representatives of the public unions and associations of disable people from the cities of Tomsk, Omsk, and Chelyabinks.

Chairman of the Government of Russia Dmitri Medvedev has issued a directive to several state authorities of the Russian Federation to review the official inquiry of the authors of the project and, if so required, introduce amendments into relevant federal regulations for the purposes of improvement of social infrastructure to the disabled. The inquiry of Diana Gurtskaya to the Chairman of the Government was preceded by many days of meticulous preparatory work performed by the LEAD Consulting lawyers.
