On 10/10/2022 attorneys Alexander Linnikov, Tatiana Tsepkina and Alexei Sereda made a statement to the Advocates Gazette – the official media of the Federal Chamber of Attorneys of Russia.  In the article entitled Attorney Privilege Unveiled? The funder of L&P and his colleagues speak about the current state of one of the key institutes of the legal system – attorney-client privilege, as well as analyze disturbing tendencies and dangers of commonplace disregard of attorney-client privilege on the part of law enforcement agencies and courts for society, citizens and the business community.

On 26/09/2022, it became known about the unblocking of the accounts of the bank, L&P`s client, from the side of one of the largest investment companies in the Republic of Malta, as well as the “unfreezing” of the bank's clients assets on illegally blocked accounts.

On 20/09/2022 Tatiana Tsepkina attended a meeting of the working group on digitalization at the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in Moscow.

On 19/09/2022 Tatiana Tsepkina took part in the first session of the Criminal Procedure Working Group under the Public Commissioner for the Protection of rights of Entrepreneurs in the City of Moscow.
