LEAD Consulting Senior Associate Dmitriy Smola participated in the «round table» discussion of the key issues of development of commercial arbitration in Russia which took place at the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on April 17, 2014. The discussion was centered primarily on the project of the Federal Law «On Commercial Arbitration Courts and Arbitration in the Russian Federation» recently published by the Ministry of Justice of Russia.
