By the Decree of the Minister of Justice of Italy Hon. Andrea Orlando of April 29, 2014 LEAD Consulting partner Maurizio Sala is appointed member of the Standing Technical Commission of the Ministry of Justice of the Italian Republic for Implementation of Electronic Civil Procedure in the courts of Italy. Mr. Sala is one of the most active and persistent advocates of electronic exchange of procedural documents between the parties of civil disputes in Italian courts. For several years he acts as the representative of the Order of Advocates of the City of Milan in relations with the Ministry of Justice of Italy on matters related to the implementation of the electronic civil procedure.
LEAD Consulting Senior Associate Dmitriy Smola participated in the «round table» discussion of the key issues of development of commercial arbitration in Russia which took place at the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on April 17, 2014. The discussion was centered primarily on the project of the Federal Law «On Commercial Arbitration Courts and Arbitration in the Russian Federation» recently published by the Ministry of Justice of Russia.
