ALEXEY SEREDA DELIVERED LECTURES FOR SERBIAN STUDENTS

On 13-17/05/2024, L&P attorney Alexey Sereda visited the Faculty of Law of the University of Banja Luka (Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina), where he delivered a short course of lectures on the peculiarities of legal regulation of digital financial assets, paying special attention to the issues of sanctions compliance in transactions involving cryptocurrency.

The interactive sessions aroused genuine interest not only among the students, but also among the faculty of the University of Banja Luka, who took an active part in the discussions after the lectures. Moreover, Alexey Sereda also made a presentation at the conference “Challenges and Prospects for the Development of Legal Systems in the 21st Century”, sharing with foreign colleagues the Russian experience of introducing a public digital currency – the digital ruble – into the legal field.
