ALEXEY KUZNETSOV CASE

14.08.2019 Alexander Linnikov made a statement on the case of the ex-Minister of Finance of the Moscow Region Alexey Kuznetsov for the press and federal television channels. The statement tackled upon agreed position with the representatives of France, from where Kuznetsov was extradited, on offsetting the terms of his stay under house arrest at the expense of future punishment. Alexander Linnikov also commented on the position of the defense after the expiration of the statute of limitations of criminal prosecution in several episodes of this case.
