ALEXANDER LINNIKOV`S REPORT AT THE INSTITUTE OF ECONOMICS OF THE RUSSIAN ACADEMY OF SCIENCES

03.04.2021 The Council of the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences unanimously approved the report of Alexander Linnikov on the meaning of human capital to maintain the economic security of Russia and the country’s transition to the sixth technological way. As part of preparation for the protection of the doctoral dissertation, the founder of “Linnikov and Partners” conducted research work to determine the factors affecting the economic security of Russia, possible points of growth in Russia’s competitiveness at the international economic arena, as well as the conditions for the development of human capital and an increase in the share of the population involved in the economy of knowledge.
