Alexander Linnikov was invited by the Council of the Federation Committee on Constitutional Legislation, Legal and Judicial Affairs and Civil Society Development to take part on the  «round table» on the topic of  «Legal protection of the constitutional order and security of the state: contemporary approaches and international experience».  The discussion featured representatives of the state and judicial authorities, public and academic entities, and leading universities.
