On 14/04/2023, Alexander Linnikov made a comment on the economic news program of the RUSSIA-24 channel on the possibility and conditions for the seizure of assets of the Russian Federation blocked abroad, as well as property of Russian companies and citizens. The founder of L&P noted that such seizure or confiscation would require the creation of legal grounds, the likelihood of which, at least in Europe, is relatively low.
