SESSION OF THE COUNCIL FOR COOPERATION WITH CIVIL SOCIETY INSTITUTIONS

06.07.2020 Alexander Linnikov took part in the expanded online meeting of the Council under the Chairperson of the Federation Council (Russian Senate) on Cooperation with Civil Society Institution, held jointly with the Civic Chamber of Russia. The main topic of the session was the discussion of measures of state support for socially-oriented non-profit organizations in the context of coronavirus infection pandemic and in the light of amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation adopted by the popular vote. Founder of Linnikov & Partners emphasized the particular importance of practical implementation of the amended art. 114 of the Ground Law of Russia in terms of supporting the law community, scientific and educational organizations as key institutions of Russian civil society.
