ALEXANDER LINNIKOV IS INVOLVED AS AN EXPERT IN THE EVALUATION OF ITALIAN EDUCATION

Alexander Linnikov was engaged by the National Agency for Quality Assessment of Universities and Research Organizations in Italy (ANVUR) as an independent international expert to participate in the project VQR 2015-2019 – a nationwide procedure for assessing the quality of education and research activities in Italy, in which all universities of the country participate.


The exchange of information and experience gained at the national and international levels allows the Agency to develop its own standards and approaches to assessing the quality of education. On a regular basis, ANVUR submits proposals to the Italian Government regarding the establishment, reorganization and liquidation of universities and their branches.


The Agency also develops recommendations for Italian universities regarding the creation of new or optimization or abolition of existing academic disciplines.


The purpose of the procedure for assessing the quality of education and research is to determine the objective state of educational and scientific activities of public and private universities and other research organizations in Italy for the period from 2015 to 2019.
The involvement of the Financial University to participate in this large-scale and responsible project is a manifestation of high confidence on the part of the Italian educational and scientific community, and also testifies to the high academic reputation of our university in Europe, Alexander Linnikov notes. ​
