25/07/2024, the founder of L&P commented on the statement of the German Chancellor on increasing Germany’s annual defense spending to 80 billion euros in the economic news program of the RUSSIA-24 channel.
“First, the desire to keep the United States as a NATO ally of Germany by all means requires an increase in defense spending, since the likely new Trump administration, without any doubt, will demand an increase in defense spending by European allies. Secondly, it is the support of the German economy through new injections into the military-industrial complex, which today is, unfortunately, one of the few areas of German industry that are confidently afloat,” says Alexander Linnikov.
