On 04.06.2018 the criminal law practice group of Linnikov & Partners successfully concluded a complex and stressful trial that lasted for several months. Thanks to professional work of the defense counsel, the court sentenced a high-ranking official of a large state corporation, accused of several counts of aggravated felony, to a suspended sentence and a moderate fine. Therefore the client of L&P avoided a significant prison term and excessive expenses. Attorney Anton Minakov did a significant part of work on the case under the guidance of senior colleagues Alexander Linnikov and Leonid Karpov. Congratulations to Anton on a new substantial professional achievement!
