On 21.10.2021, a new Public Reception of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of the city of Moscow on the protection of the rights of foreign entrepreneurs and investors opened in the Central Administrative District (the "CAD") of Moscow. The reception was headed by Honorary Attorney of Russia, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation of the Financial University Alexander Linnikov.

On 14.10.2021, the international scientific publication "Radiation" published the article "Legal and organizational foundations of the use of artificial intelligence in medicine in the EU, USA, China and Russia: new scenarios after the pandemic", prepared by the team of authors from Russia, Italy, China and the USA.

11.10.2021 Dmitry Smola, one of the leaders of the arbitration practice of "Linnikov & Partners", won a convincing victory in the arbitration court of one of the Volga regions, having achieved, within the framework of bankruptcy proceedings, a refusal to bring to subsidiary liability persons who were part of the management of a large legal entity.
