On December 18, 2013 LEAD Consulting partner Alexander Linnikov took part in the round table discussion on improvement of contemporary mechanisms of the forensic experts’ activity in Russia. The round table was organized by the Council of the Federation Committee on Constitutional Legislation, Legal and Judicial Affairs and Civil Society Development.
The new article System of Probably Risk Indicators for Financial Institutions by Alexander Linnikov is published in the latest issue of International Journal of Economy and Entrepreneurship (part 2 of №12 for 2013). The article is a follow-up to many years of the author’s research of theory and methodology of regulation on business of financial institutions.
Alexander Linnikov was awarded a commendation of the Chairperson of the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation for many years of diligent work and a substantial contribution to the expert and legal support of cooperation between the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation and the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
On December 16, 2013 LEAD Consulting partner Alexander Linnikov attended the joint session of the Council of the Federation Committees on Constitutional Legislation, Legal and Judicial Affairs and Civil Society Development, on Social Policy and on the Federal Structure, Regional Policies, Local Self-Governance, and Affairs of the North. The session on inter-ethnic and migration aspects of national security of Russia was organized by the Chancellery of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, Legal and Judicial Affairs and Civil Society Development.
