06.05.2020 ALEXANDER LINNIKOV WILL PRESENT AN OPEN LECTURE FOR STUDENTS, POST-GRADUATES AND PROFESSORS OF THE ROMA TRE UNIVERSITY

06.05.2020 at 16:00 Moscow time, Alexander Linnikov will hold an open lecture – a master class on the topic: Legal framework for international banking and financial business in Russia for students, post-graduates and professors of the Faculty of Law of Roma Tre University. The founder of Linnikov & Partners will narrate Italian colleagues about the history and evolution of the legal regulation of banking in Russia, share practical examples, talk about the challenges facing the Russian banking system after the crises of 2008 and 2014, as well as about new issues that arise in the period of spread of coronavirus.
The master class Legal framework for international banking and financial business in Russia was planned as part of a lecture course by Alexander Linnikov on the foundations of Russian civil, business and tax law for European students and teachers in April-May 2020 in Rome. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the face-to-face lecture course has been postponed until the fall of 2020, and workshops on the most interesting and relevant topics will be held online.
