ROUND TABLE “LAWYER IN THE SYSTEM OF THE COMMISSIONER FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE RIGHTS OF ENTREPRENEURS”

13/11/2024 Tatyana Tsepkina took part in a round table meeting on the topic: “Lawyer in the system of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs”, which was held at the site of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation.

 

The meeting was attended by Acting Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of the Moscow Region Natalia Chudakova, Executive co-chairman of the Center for Public Procedures “Business against Corruption” Viktor Zvagelsky, Vice-President of the Chamber of Advocates of the Ministry of Defense Alexandra Tsvetkova, members of the Expert Council of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs under the President of the Russian Federation, representatives of the law community, experts.

 

The round table discussed issues of legal regulation of the Institution of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs, the role of lawyers’ participation as Pro bono experts in the line of interaction with regional business ombudsmen. Colleagues exchanged views and shared their experience of participating in the consideration of entrepreneurs’ appeals to the Commissioner.

Therefore, the quality of legal assistance provided by our lawyers on a gratuitous basis remains at a high qualified and professional level. Otherwise, we don’t work,” says Tatiana Tsepkina.
