“One of the few specific points of the Harris economic program are: firstly, support for small and medium-sized businesses and, secondly, increased attention to the social sphere. Both will inevitably lead to an increase in government spending and, as a result, to an increase in the USA government debt, since today the USA budget is in deficit,” said Alexander Linnikov.
