On 28/07/2023, the founder of L&P made a commentary in the economic news program on «MOSCOW 24», explaining the restriction on cash withdrawals from Qiwi wallets.
“There is a belief that some of the electronic wallets opened at Qiwi Bank may have been used for purposes other than intended, and for conducting suspicious transactions. If such facts were indeed established during the Bank of Russia’s inspection, then there are valid grounds for taking measures against the bank, including the imposition of restrictions,” – says Alexander Linnikov.
