ROUND TABLE “IMPACT OF SANCTIONS ON ENTREPRENEURS”

On 13/06/2023 Alexander Linnikov attended the round table Impact of Sanctions on Entrepreneurs: Threats and New Opportunities, organized by the private entity Scientific and Expert Centre for Legal Protection.  The founder of L&P spoke about the most efficient legal protection strategies and methods in the context of international economic sanctions and shared several successful cases from the practice of the attorneys of LINNIKOV & PARTNERS and their foreign colleagues.

 

The round table was attended by members of the Initiator.RF ecosystem, faculty members of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and the Moscow State Law University and prominent representatives of the academic and business communities.

 

The discussion centred on issues of efficiency of the Russian economy and business development in the context of international economic sanctions, as well as prospects of the investment and innovative activities in the regions of Russia and matters of development planning in specific industries and regions in an unstable economic environment.
