16.02.2022 “Linnikov & Partners” hosted a workshop on the practice of dispute resolution by commercial arbitration bodies for L&P attorneys and clients. The main speaker was the chairman of the Commission of the Association of Lawyers of Russia on Arbitration, Member of the Council under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for Improvement of Arbitration Proceedings Peter Ilyichev, who shared with the guests of the seminar the experience of permanent arbitration institutions and spoke about the most important legislative novellas in the field of arbitration and advantages of commercial arbitration over traditional methods of resolution of economic disputes.
