NEW EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM OF THE HIGHER SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS

At the beginning of the academic year, Leonid Karpov will take part in the new educational program “Specialist in legal regulation of insurance activities”, developed by the National Research University “Higher School of Economics”. The program was prepared by lawyers and economists who have been specializing in supporting insurance transactions for more than 20 years, regulating the financial stability and solvency of insurers, representing the interests of participants in insurance legal relations in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction. The program is aimed at obtaining the necessary applied and theoretical knowledge at the junction of two specialties: law and economics.


Being a specialist in the field of international law, Leonid Karpov will share with the listeners of the program the latest trends in the international legal regulation of insurance companies, as well as demonstrate various variations of the implementation of supranational acts regulating the insurance business in the European Union on the example of individual EU countries.
