On 18.08.2018 the Linnikov & Partners team took part in the annual classic cars contest — next stage of the Russian Automobile Federation retro-rally cup held in the city of Kaluga. Crew of the 1979 black GAZ-24 Volga consisted of Alexander and Yuri Linnikov, Sergei Sadovoi (navigator) and Valery Diudin (navigator-coach). Successful crossing of the finish line was predetermined by the lucky draw by Yuri Linnikov of the starting number 24 corresponding to the model of the Linnikov family car. The L&P team safely and correctly covered the rally distance and showed a good sporting result.
