Alexander Linnikov attended the session of the Expert Council for the protection of competition in the financial services’ market of the FAS of Russia

On August 26, 2014 LEAD Consulting partner Alexander Linnikov took part in the joint session of the banking and insurance sections of the Expert Council for the protection of competition in the financial services’ market of the Federal Anti-monopoly Service of Russia chaired by the Deputy Head of the FAS Andrei Kashevarov.

Alexander contributed to the discussion of amendments to the General exceptions in regard to agreements between credit and insurance institutions for the purposes of improvement of the procedure of co-operation between insurance and credit institutions and shared with the colleagues some observations on the practice of application of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 20, 2009 № 386 “On cases of admissibility of agreements between credit and insurance institutions” by financial institutions-clients of the LEAD Consulting Law Firm.
