Alexander Linnikov elected Associate Professor of the Department of World Economy and World Finance of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation

On November 15, 2016 the Academic Council of the Department of World Economy and World Finance of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation unanimously elected Alexander Linnikov, Ph.D. to the position of Assistant Professor.

For almost two decades the founder of Linnikov & Partners practices banking and finance law and dedicates substantial time and effort to teaching and academic research in the field of international monetary and economic integration and regulation of the business of  financial institutions in Russia and internationally. Alexander has successfully combined his law practice with the teaching of legal and economic disciplines and inter-disciplinary courses at Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) and Russian Academy of Entrepreneurship.

Alexander strongly believes that the professional, teaching, and academic activities must co-exist in a single context and complement each other. It is the only way to new academic achievements, full discovery of a person’s professional and scientific potential, and proper and timely transfer of theoretical knowledge and practical experience to new generations that assures sustainable academic and professional development of the society.
